We are currently seeking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth & Children. This person will play a key leadership role at Calgary First Church of the Nazarene, providing oversight to the spiritual development of kids and teens 0-18 years of age. This role involves overseeing weekly discipleship programs, equipping volunteers, building strong relationships with families, and integrating the next generation into the full life of the church. The Associate Pastor also serves as a member of the pastoral team, contributing to the broader vision and spiritual leadership of the congregation.
